Remote Support

Solsoft can support you more effectively through the use of this simple to use tool. One of our engineers will guide you through the process and then "join you" on your PC. We can then talk you through further troubleshooting steps / procedures or take control of your PC (only with your permission). Once the session is complete, the tool will be removed from your PC automatically. This method of support is secure and can only be used by Solsoft.
