Solsoft is committed to providing customers with the best service possible, and always look at ways to enhance the customer experience. We carry out regular customer satisfaction surveys to enable us to identify the views of our customers, which we then use to improve our services. The survey in October invited customers to rate the importance and satisfaction level of specific areas of service they received.
Small businesses are missing out on affordable access to enterprise applications available to them through managed and hosted services. This was the conclusion of roundtable hosted by Microsoft, following research by the company into how small businesses use and manage their IT. The study highlighted that many small businesses struggle to compete with big firms and are unsure of how to get access to higher-quality IT services that could help them, reported Computing magazine.
