In addition to IT support and hardware supply Solsoft also provide a full Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive (WEEE) compliant IT hardware recycling and disposal service to their clients.
Solsoft offer the Green IT Box scheme which is a unique and innovative way to dispose of unwanted, obsolete IT equipment. The Green IT Box means that Solsoft’s clients meet their legal requirements for IT disposal but at a much better rate per item than the nearest comparable service. All of Solsoft’s clients receive the requisite waste disposal certificates and certificates of destruction re.hard drives within 28 days.

This minimises the amount of electronic and electrical waste going to landfill and thereby reduces the environmental impact of a more IT and electronic dependent society than ever before.
