Client Description:

BCOP is a housing association with numerous sites in the greater Birmingham area.

Background:

BCOP decided that their IT requirements should be addressed across all their sites. The charity did not have a unified or consistent application of IT and communication between staff and external agencies was difficult. As the charity anticipated an expansion, their management required greater control over general administration costs and at the same time required a more sophisticated suite of IT services to enable accurate and timely decision making.

Solution: 

For BCOP, Solsoft managed multiple suppliers and implemented a new network infrastructure. Solsoft enabled interfaces between applications and developed a technical architecture to securely support all software systems. 

Since the implementation of the new IT systems, Solsoft have continued to support the entire network infrastructure and third party suppliers on behalf of BCOP.
